The MyVetOnline toolkit includes information describing common pet-care issues and procedures, provided both on colorful printed sheets and on clinic-customized websites including online videos and more.

Professional Veterinarians and clinic staff who are qualified customers of SPAH. Contact your SPAH representative for more information on how to receive the benefits of MyVetOnline for your clinic.

  3. Do I need to have a computer to benefit from MyVetOnline?
No. If you wish your MyVetOnline site can be built entirely by us according to information provided by you. Your customers with internet access will be able to access your MyVetOnline site and all the information about your Clinic.

  5. How do I get "online" (on the Internet)?
Contact your Internet Service Provider for information on connection speeds and prices.

  6. How fast is MyVetOnline?
Internet speed is dependent on many factors, and you may experience slower service or service interruptions which are not caused by MyVetOnline services. These factors include the speed of access (56k is slower than Cable or DSL), internet traffic (not unlike a traffic jam on the roads), and server slow-downs or crashes.

Your SPAH representative can confirm your account status and provide you with the password you will require to access the website editor.

  8. How do I get my customized MyVetOnline Clinic website?
To build a website for your Clinic, go to www.mvol.co.uk, login or register, (contact your SPAH representative if you do not have a password), select the Website Management module and follow the simple steps outlined there. You will be able to preview the site as you build it. Once you submit the completed site, MyVetOnline will validate the requested domain name and advise you when the site is available online.

  9. Can I edit my MyVetOnline website?
The management module allows you to edit your website. Simply navigate to the appropriate section and add or delete information as required.
